Thanks Joseph, this was a great selection. I particularly loved Siwa's 'Anni Circulum', but choosing a favourite would be impossible. Rare to find so much new (to me) work that I want to pursue and find more of!
This is a beautiful first issue, oh, wow. I sat here trying to decide what to highlight, but all of the poems are so well-chosen and the length is perfect. I am chagrined to say I may not have read to the end if it were longer. This “sampling” of poems fit the Substack-magazine genre just right, and the brevity & variety made me want to stay.
(Well, I am a sucker for a train poem, so Amtrak did have me choking up… if I had to choose one!)
Thank you for reading and responding! I’m glad to hear the length worked for you. That was the idea: to deliver just the right amount of poetry for one sitting.
When I first came across Monika Cooper's work (in a poem she published on Silver Door's Substack), I feverishly attempted to find more of her work. I really wish she was on Substack, but I'm glad to see she has a collection forthcoming.

Beautiful! I’m glad the work resonates with you!
Perfect first issue. All the poems blended beautifully ending perfectly with Monika's 13 Haikus.
I’m so glad you liked it!
Enjoyed this curated selection! 🙏🏼 beautiful and lyrical.
Happy to hear that, Rosa!
Love this

This is wonderful. I enjoyed every one, and how they complete each other. I check online often to see if Monika's book is out yet...hopefully soon?

This is well done. Thanks for exposing us to this work and these poets. It's a generous offering-- to readers and these particular poets.
So exciting that you released this new mag (newsletter (?) idk what to call a poetry newsletter)!!!
🙌🏻
Thank you for this beautiful compilation, Joseph. This read like a paid lit mag. Well done to each poet.
Thank you Joseph. You have revived my interest in poetry.
Good stuff!
Perfect. This is top selection. I wonder if we can submit?
Right now it’s by solicitation only, but I may open it up to submissions at some point. Stay tuned!
Thank you. What do you mean by solicitation
I mean, I reach out to poets and ask for work.
Ok. I'll be following
These were all so beautiful. Like walking through different landscapes.
